Drew this the day after I saw the season 3 finale to Transformers Animated. The picture is full of mistakes, but at this point I don't really care.
Transformers Animated, or TFA for short, was something that initially raised my hackles, but when I finally gave it a chance it turned out to be a pretty decent show. Still, my main-gripe with it is the lack of a "classic" Optimus Prime - you know, the wise leader and veteran - ESPECIALLY since TFA has like the coolest Megatron ever! So, to make up for that, here's a pic of TFA's token human-companion char Sari and a Prime resembling more the one from our childhoods. Hope you like. |

As for TFA Optimus, I don't exactly hate the guy. Now, as I'm re-watching entire Animated I can even see why they went with the whole rookie Optimus approach.
But even still, when compared with Peter Cullen's Optimus Prime, most others can't Help but fall short.

Also, I've recently watched both movies that came out, and found that Prime was just as lovable as I remember him from my comics.
